It is with great pleasure that we invite you to join us for the First European Spontaneous Preterm Birth Congress in Svendborg, Denmark in May 2014.

Spontaneous preterm labour leading to preterm birth (SPTL & PTB) is one of the major Obstetric Syndromes and the major cause of perinatal mortality and morbidity in the developed world and a huge financial burden on healthcare. The psychosocial costs of PTB are incalculable. The Scientific Committee has prepared a programme which is pragmatic for practicing clinicians as well as those still in training.
